Procure to Pay Assistant

We are on the lookout for a talented Procure to Pay Assistant to assist with finance and accounting-related tasks in our fast-growing, award-winning company. You will play a key role in the team and have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on company standards and procedures.

Office Location: Better Collective Serbia, Niš, Serbia

Office hours: 9 AM-5 PM - Monday-Friday

Important note: It is necessary to reside in the city of Niš to qualify for this position since the work takes place in Niš. No admissions for remote work will be considered.


The Role

As a Procure to Pay Assistant in our operations in Serbia, you will be part of a talented, skilled and very ambitious team, working with colleagues across the world. You will be part of creating quality financial information by ensuring the correct processing of financial transactions. You will primarily be working within the full Procure to Pay process which includes communication with both internal and external stakeholders. You will perform accounting and finance-related tasks assigned by your nearest manager located in - Nis, Serbia.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Procure to Pay -Control, posting, and matching of invoices in Navision, 
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices and reminders,
  • Netting of open items on vendors, follow up on vendor differences;
  • Expense reports - control and processing/posting of expense reports from employees;
  • Payment - the creation of automatic payments in Navision for loading the bank;


  • Fluent in English in writing and oral
  • Degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting 
  • Solid understanding of accounting process related to Procure to Pay process, invoicing, and customer relationship
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
