Office Location: Better Collective, Niš, Serbia
It is necessary to reside in (or close to) the city of Niš to qualify for this position since the work takes place in Niš. No admissions for remote work will be considered.
Important note: Please note that this position is an evening shift position, the shift is from 14:00 - 00:00 with hours expected to be mostly between 15:00 - 23:00. This is necessary as your stakeholders will be spread over several time zones in the USA (New York, Florida and Tennessee) and Europe.
As our Partner Operations Manager - USA, your key objective will be to support our growth in the USA, to quickly gain insight and knowledge about the specificity of this market, get acquainted with your different stakeholders (located across offices in the USA and Europe) and ensure you build the right foundations for scalability.
Responsible for all USA Partnerships operational aspects (including, but not limited to, ensuring compliant implementations, creating and integrating tracking links, ordering content and updates, managing and coordinating campaigns, reporting on performance)
Coordinate and manage different partnership specificities with account managers
Collaborate closely with the wider Business Development team and Legal to ensure a full understanding of our key markets, their legal requirements and the different development priorities
Full understanding of the legal requirements of our different subsidiaries and licenses
Ensure best practices
Desired skills and qualifications
You are very structured with a strong analytical mindset. You have a passion for delivering highly accurate work and you possess excellent English communication skills. Your interpersonal skills are well developed as well as your sense of urgency. Though not essential, an interest in sports betting or casino games would be considered assets.
