Do you want to contribute to the continued growth of Better Collective Poland?

We are looking for a Scrum Master to facilitate the work of agile development teams contributing to our products that are already servicing millions of online users every year with information on sportsbetting and iGaming.

Better Collective is a Danish founded international award-winning affiliate company working to give players a better and more secure iGaming experience. We are producing outstanding sports betting content and iGaming products that go far beyond the usual standards.

Some traveling can, therefore, be expected although the vast majority of the work can be handled online.

We prefer face to face communication whenever possible, but you can also expect to use Jira, Slack and Google Hangout a lot in your daily routine.

  • Build a trusting environment where issues can be raised without fear of blame or being judged, with an emphasis on problem-solving

  • Facilitate getting the work done at a sustainable pace

  • Support and educate product owners especially on grooming of the backlog

  • You have experience in being the Scrum Master in a software development team, either as full-time scrum master or part-time while also doing development tasks

  • You are a strong communicator of everything from high-level goals to small details

  • You are a strong meeting leader and are well versed in facilitating scrum meetings, especially retrospectives

  • You are highly structured and never forget a task

  • You are able to break down complex problems into (simple) steps

  • You are able to flag risks and communicate them confidently

  • You develop efficient processes where stakeholders are involved at the right times
