SEO Performance Manager

Are you up to the challenge of playing a key role and contributing to the ambitious growth strategy of America’s leading Digital Fantasy Sports betting brands?

Better Collective is an international, award-winning company working to give bettors and players a better and more secure iGaming experience. We are producing outstanding sports betting content and iGaming products that go far beyond the usual standards.

We are now on the lookout for an experienced SEO Performance manager to manage & execute the SEO strategy for our top brands, including Rotogrinders.com. You’ll improve on- and off-page factors to boost the performance of our most successful products, setting content standards for content writers, spreading best practices and ensuring that the main KPI’s show strong performance and grow month by month.

THE ROLE

You’ll own the execution of the SEO strategy to reach the primary organic performance targets for our top products. You’ll act as both a specialist and project manager in SEO for our Nashville office, managing work for both in-house content producers, outreach PR specialists and developers . You’ll be supported by our fellow SEO specialists located in Europe (Denmark, Serbia) to drive the strategy forward, train your colleagues in SEO best practices, and shaping BC Nashville’s long-term SEO vision and ambitions.

This means you’ll be a key stakeholder in the content production process of iGaming content, from keyword & search engine landscape research, to content element specification and prioritisation. You’ll identify commercial content needing external link boosts and drive internal link placements that can support the organic performance of the content. You’ll also have the chance to support the ASO of our key app products.

To ensure execution of SEO analyses and research, you’ll communicate and ensure best practices are met during and after content roll-out. You’ll identify optimal communication channels with the content producers, outline SEO tasks, ensure they are completed according to plan, as well as review and approve of optimization work.

You will report directly to our Nashville office, but receive onboarding and SEO support from Organic Performance Team in Copenhagen, Denmark.
