Key Account and Relations Manager - US

Better Collective is an international award-winning company working to give punters and players a better and more secure igaming experience. We are producing outstanding sports betting content and igaming products that go far beyond the usual standard. Better Collective has acquired two companies in Florida and Tennessee and also opened a NYC office.

We are looking for an energetic and charismatic Key Account and Relations Manager for our Sales team to help us build our business in the newly opened, regulated US market. At present we have entities in Florida, Nashville and New York.

THE ROLE

As Key Account and Relations Manager in Better Collectives Sales department, you ensure that Better Collective maintains and builds the strongest relationships with our external partners. You will be managing your own accounts, and given responsibility to growing the US Market.

You will be a key part in Better Collectives fast growing partner base, and will work closely together with both our Sales team, our Business Development team as well as other departments in the Better Collective Group.

As you will be responsible for our relationships, you are expected to be on the road for several days a month if needed. Your location will be in our new office in New York City.

 RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execution of the strategy across the US regulated market
  • Working across all of the US group assets and driving sales on behalf of these assets
  • Develop strong relations with US iGaming stakeholders
  • Optimize commercial agreements
  • Maintain and improve key accounts
  • Develop new accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across the industry
  • Build brand awareness strategy in line with regulations  

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Has experience in iGaming
  • Has a proven record with sales and relationship management
  • Has strong networking and relationship building skills
  • Can execute plans quickly and efficiently
  • Is self-driven and motivated by developing new business areas
  • Is passionate about working with sports betting and casino

You will work together with the rest of the Sales team, our Business Development team, our M&A team and other departments that are located in Europe.
