IT Support

IT Support and point of contact for our U.S. IT needs

 

As Better Collective is expanding its operation to the United States, we are looking for an IT Support profile well versed in various cloud technologies, with the ability and comfort of working as an independent IT point of contact for our three current offices.

Better Collective’s IT Department’s primary focus area, is to empower the company’s workforce with all the hardware equipment needed, as well as managing licenses and access control to a vast number of services and resources.

If you are interested in joining Better Collective on its fast moving journey you need to have professional proven experience with the following products:

  • G-Suite: Better Collective uses Google’s suite of applications, and you need to have experience with the administration module.
  • M.S. Active Directory: User object administration.
  • Apple MAC and Lenovo Windows 10 based PC procurement, administration and preparation.
  • Helpdesk based on ITIL: In Better Collective we uses Freshservice but you can have similar experience from other products.

If you also have experience with any of the below brands and products it will be considered a plus:

  • OneLogin
  • Cisco Meraki networking
  • Cisco Meraki Systems Manager 
  • Polycom GroupSeries meeting room facility.
  • Google Analytics, Search Console & Tag Manager.
  • Scripting knowledge

If you have experience from previous work with the process’ of merging companies with different sets of IT tools than that will be a great advantage to both you and us.          

Above all we are looking for a person with a big smile and a deeply rooted drive to help and support our colleagues.

You will be working very independently, as you will be the first IT supporter in the US, working primarily in the Eastern time zone. You will of course be receiving training and be given a proper introduction to the systems, as you will be having 5 other colleagues in the European GMT+2 time zone who will work with you and share knowledge. We take pride in documenting everything in SOP’s and will expect the same of you.

You will be reporting to the Danish IT Manager on a weekly basis.

Right now Better Collectives US operation is located in NYC, Nashville TN. & Fort Lauderdale MIA. The role can either be based in Nashville, or Fort Lauderdale and this means you can expect to be travelling between offices from time to time. 

Globally Better Collective has its HQ in Copenhagen, DK, with offices around Europe; Austria, Poland, Greece, France, Sweden, Serbia & United Kingdom.
