We are looking for a hands on, experienced marketing specialist to keep our visitors engaged and products front of mind when it comes to sports betting. You will have plenty of opportunity to engage with our users and drive personalised experiences on site, through email and push notifications.

As the Lead Nurturing Specialist you will play a key role in creating lead nurturing and customer lifecycle programmes for our local brands and flagship product. You will be responsible for defining both retention actions against key customer segments, executing multi-channel campaigns, and measuring the success (ROI and KPIs) of those campaigns.
This role will contribute at every step from establishing communication segmentation and flow to analysing campaign performance - you will own the customer experience on our flagship product, bettingexpert, and many of our local brand sites including Betarades, Wettfreunde & SpelTips.se.
You will have access to the best Marketing Technology available to do your role, advising eCRM & Marketing Automation Assistants on assets to create, while working closely to content and product teams across our international offices.
AS OUR LEAD NURTURING SPECIALIST YOU WILL
Create automated marketing campaigns to retain and reengage our users, leveraging all available data & marketing tools
Perform A/B tests, create segments, scoring models to drive improved results, constantly focused on optimisation of campaigns for the best results possible.
Working collaboratively with other departments and champion use of email and push as channels across the business
Reporting / analysis on all campaigns to ensure continuous optimisation and ROI.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
Experienced in email marketing
Passionate about user journey/ CX, lead nurturing, segmentation & campaign optimisation
Has both a creative and analytical mindset - confident to dive into the data and try new ideas
Experience working with Marketing Automation platforms (Marketo, Eloqua, Salesforce or equivalent), and an understanding of MarTech or willingness to learn new platforms
Is detail oriented and extremely organised (will be working across many brands simultaneously, with stakeholders across product/tech/marketing etc - good PM skills)
Has great communication skills, both verbally and written
Interest in sports and sports betting
LOCATION / HOURS
Full time from our HQ office in the heart of Copenhagen. Occasionally there will be travel to other BC offices across Europes & US.
