Lead Nurturing Specialist - eCommerce

We are looking for an experienced user retention marketer who is confident to try new ideas in order to reach greater success with our marketing automation campaigns.

THE ROLE

As our Lead Nurturing Specialist you will play a key role in creating lead nurturing and customer lifecycle programmes for our subscription businesses. You will be responsible for defining both retention actions against key customer segments, executing multi-channel campaigns, and measuring and reporting on the success (ROI and KPIs) of those campaigns.  You will initially be focused on Premium user retention on our flagship US product, VegasInsider.com.

This role will contribute at every step from establishing communication segmentation and flow to analysing campaign performance - you will own the customer experience.

With over 25 million unique sessions a month across our network, there’s plenty of opportunity to engage with our users and drive personalised experiences on site, through email and push notifications. 

You will have access to the best Marketing Technology available to do your role and have a direct impact on bottom line for our US subscription brands. You will advise eCRM & Marketing Automation Assistants on assets to create and optimisations to make, while working closely with content / product teams and the rest of the Acquisition Marketing department. 

AS OUR LEAD NURTURING SPECIALIST YOU WILL:

  • Create automated marketing campaigns to retain, win back and re engage users, leveraging all available data & marketing tools

  • Perform A/B tests, create segments & scoring models

  • Constantly focus on optimisation of campaigns for the best results possible

  • Work collaboratively with other departments and champion use of email and push notifications as channels across the business

  • Reporting / analysis on all campaigns to ensure continuous optimisation and ROI

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Experienced in email marketing for SaaS or eCommerce products

  • Passionate about user journey/ CX, lead nurturing, segmentation & campaign optimisation

  • Has both a creative and analytical mindset - confident to dive into the data and try new ideas

  • Experience working with Marketing Automation platforms (Eloqua, Marketo, Salesforce or equivalent), and possess a high level understanding of MarTech

  • Is detail oriented and extremely well organised (will be working across many brands simultaneously, with stakeholders across product/tech/marketing etc - good PM skills)

  • Has great communication skills, both verbally and written

  • Interest in American sports and sports betting

  • Self starter - independent and confident enough to work on your own accord

LOCATION / HOURS: 

Full time from our US office in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Occasional travel to other BC offices, particularly our HQ in Copenhagen, Denmark.
