Senior M&A Analyst

Do you want to take a part in an ambitious M&A strategy for one of Denmark’s greatest start-up success stories? For our office in Krakow we are looking for an energetic and charismatic Senior M&A Analyst for our M&A team to help us speed up our continuing growth.

Better Collective is an international award-winning affiliate company working to give punters and players a better and more secure igaming experience. We are producing outstanding sports betting content and igaming products that go far beyond the usual standard.

THE ROLE

As our Senior M&A Analyst you will be a part of our growing M&A team, where your key objective will be to ensure that the company develops relevant tools, reporting and research structure to keep track of current and potential M&A targets, both from a financial and business perspective. It’s essential that you have both strong analytical skills and a sound understanding of SEO work.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• perform data analysis and research on existing and potential M&A targets
• deliver advanced modelling for M&A research and M&A processes
• monitor our business case and NPV modelling
• process automation for data collection and interpretation
• research for new targets and markets
• perform SEO analysis of targets
• automation of M&A processes through available tools

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

• have very good English skills
• have great analytical skills
• have profound understanding of statistics and statistical modelling
• is an expert in Excel  
• have a very good understanding of SEO work
• have a positive attitude towards focusing on high goals, without forgetting small details
• have a structured approach to day to day tasks
• is a strong communicator
